This mediation is designed to help you envision your labor while at home and within your birth place. It begins with you noticing your labor beginning and the meditation ends with you meeting your baby and capturing the moment. It includes, breathing, moving and incorporating your partner and doula(if you have one), along with supportive staff that works along side you and your baby. This is a favorite in our Hypnobirthing series.

INSTRUCTIONS for iPhone, iPad, iPodTouch users:

1. Use your computer to download your new Birth Education Center audio from the link below.
2. Once it has completed downloading, you will find it in your Downloads folder. If it is downloaded in a .zip file, then all you have to do is double-click on the .zip file to open it and you’ll see the enclosed folder with your audios.
3. Import the audio into iTunes, and enjoy. If you want to listen to it from your iPhone or other apple device, then connect your iPad / iPod / iPhone to your computer to sync your device, or you can use wireless sync, with iTunes, so the new audios can be transferred onto your device.
