This meditation is designed to help you get out of the current moment and focus on a future with this new baby. It’s a visualization that takes you to your favorite place in nature alongside your baby, whom you get to introduce to this place for the first time. Picturing a future event like this makes the connection with your baby even more real and your birth experience more tangible. This is one of the most requested in our Hypnobirthing series.

INSTRUCTIONS for iPhone, iPad, iPodTouch users:

2. Once it has completed downloading, you will find it in your Downloads folder. If it is downloaded in a .zip file, then all you have to do is double-click on the .zip file to open it and you’ll see the enclosed folder with your audios.
3. Import the audio into iTunes, and enjoy. If you want to listen to it from your iPhone or other apple device, then connect your iPad / iPod / iPhone to your computer to sync your device, or you can use wireless sync, with iTunes, so the new audios can be transferred onto your device.
