Amy found her passion for birth through the birth of her own three children. Having the experience of both being unsupported and supported during labor drew her attention to the drastic differences between how she felt after the birth and led to pursuing doula work, which opened up a whole new world. Amy is now honored to support women as a DONA certified birth doula, an APPA certified placenta specialist, and a certified HypnoBirthing practitioner. She believes that education is an integral part of helping get families off to a strong start and encouraging them to make the choices they feel are best for their family from the beginning.
